Loyce holds a Bachelors degree in Library and Information Science, a Post Graduate Certificate in Research Methodology and Report Writing. She has also undertaken several short courses in Information and Communication Technology for social development and use of web 2.0 tools, Women’s Leadership, Gender and Human Rights

She is in charge of managing the Resource Centre and flow of information received and generated by the organization.

Loyce is a trained Citizen Journalist and a Trainer for ICT4D.Her passion for the new social media has enabled her to be implement small grants projects on ICT for development with grassroots women in Eastern Northern Uganda. She is also a member of several online networking and information sharing communities.
